We typically use independent contractors for specialty skill sets and project related work. We are looking for people who are true specialists in their field.
Certifications and degrees, relevant experience and recommendations/referrals play a large part of how we determine if we would like to work with you.
What are the typical roles you would contract with an Independent Contractor?
We typically use independent contractors for specialty skill sets and project related work. We are looking for people who are true specialists in their field.
Typical roles would include:
- Systems Administrator
- Network Engineer
- Project Manager
- Project Support (Transportation, initial setup of devices, etc.)
- Project Coordinator
- Specialist (ie: Audio/Video, Phone/VOIP, CRM, o365 Specialist, etc.)
- Consultant
Does Omakase Tech provide computers to contractors?
No, in most cases, contractors are expected to provide their own tools.
If I am selected, what is next?
Independent contractors that meet requirements are required to sign and return a master independent contractor agreement that will outline the terms and payment when we work together for on demand/ad hoc work. Rates may change by project and in some cases contractors will be required to bid work.
