What are the typical roles you would hire for a Full Time Position?
Since full time roles are consistent we typically hire for the following roles:
- Helpdesk Technician, Levels 1, 2 and 3 (Remote and Onsite)
- Project Manager
- Account Manager/Representative
- IT Director
We do allow full time employees to participate in project work if they are interested(at different rates of pay, based on the role and their skill level).
Does Omakase Tech provide computers to employees?
Yes, all full time employees are issued laptops and cell phones regardless of if they are remote or onsite workers.
How do we determine pay?
